Phlebotomist, MA, LVN/LPN, RN
Qualifications include:
o Ability to perform Wellness Screenings including specimen collection (venipuncture and fingerstick collection) and manual biometric data (height, weight, blood pressure, pulse)
o Must have medical training such as but not limited to Phlebotomy, MA, LVN, RN, LPN, Paramedic, etc.
o Must have state specific licensure if located in CA, WA, LA, or NV
o Current phlebotomy experience and completion of 100 blood draws in a clinical setting
o Reliable transportation
o Excellent communication, organizational and technical skills
o Computer proficiency & access to high speed internet
o Must be able to respond to calls, messages, and e-mails within 24 hours
Hooper Holmes Health & Wellness provide data collection services for companies so they can help employees improve their health and wellness. Most of our collections are early morning to early afternoon between 5am and 3pm Monday through Friday, with an occasional evening shift.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
