KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Under general supervision performs installation/pulling of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) and associated equipment in onshore wells.
May be required to work unsupervised.
Assists with monitoring, trouble-shooting and testing downhole ESP equipment - to maximize well productivity and ESP run life.
Up to 75% travel on domestic and/or international assignments, primarily within 50 miles of home base.
Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
Computer and cell phone utilized on the job.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

years of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting experience OR 2
years of Artificial Lift spooling experience
Class A CDL
Intermediate computer skills for tracking and documentation
Must be willing to travel 75% of the job time, work long hours (50-70 per week), and deal with all types of weather.
Ability to be on call and work holidays and weekend as needed
Must be customer focused and a good communicator.
Two year Technical Degree preferred. HS/G.E.D. accepted dependent on experience and mechanical aptitude.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

years of Field Service Experience with Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP)
Knowledge of assembly and disassembly of ESP
Pulling and installing experience with ESP
Trouble shooting surface electrical equipment experience and downhole product line training helpful.
Good Functional / Technical, Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal, and Team working Skills.
