COMMUNICATIONS ATTENDANT
POSITION SUMMARYResponsible for answering and directing all telephone traffic for Trinity Health campus, paging physicians and personnel, initiating emergency codes, and monitoring alarms.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Licenses and Certifications RequiredNone Educational RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience Requirements Excellent customer service skills required.
Previous experience with multi-line phones preferred.
Special Skills or Training Requirements Excellent communications skills required.
Must have good typing skills.
Flexibility required.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Must be organized.
