Our Restaurant Manager would provide support to the General Manager in the daily operations of this bakery-caf as well as managing shifts to ensure company standards are maintained and continually improved. The Restaurant Manager would perform operational activities such as inventory control, scheduling, sanitation, planning and maintaining stock and monitoring food supplies. The Restaurant Manager would also communicate and adhere to all company policies and procedures. The Restaurant Manager would also assist in the development, supervision and monitoring of all team members.

Qualifications
2-3 years restaurant management experience, preferably in limited, high volume food concepts
Quick Service/Fast Casual Experience a plus
Exposure to financial accountability and controls
Ability to plan, motivate and influence others
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
